About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing team. This role focuses on posting job openings across global recruitment platforms, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating the hiring workflow. Ideal for someone with prior HR or recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of online hiring tools and platforms.

Requirements

The HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in expanding our international team. You will manage job postings, monitor candidate applications, schedule interviews, and support HR operations. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Post and update job openings on global recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).

  2. Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress.

  3. Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.

  4. Communicate with applicants and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.

  5. Assist in screening applications and conducting initial HR assessments when needed.

  6. Ensure job descriptions are accurate and consistently formatted across platforms.

  7. Support onboarding, documentation collection, and HR administrative tasks.

  8. Collaborate with internal departments to clarify hiring needs and role requirements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition preferred.

  • Strong familiarity with job posting platforms and applicant tracking tools.

  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional written English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
